Detection of apoptosis of high calcium cortical neurons

Receptor dependent signaling pathway: Using fluorescent probes and targeted gene silencing expression techniques, it was found that the Wnt5a/Frizzled-2 signaling pathway initiates cellular calcium homeostasis imbalance and calcium overload, which is the "last pathway" leading to cell death.

Targeted inhibition of Frizzled-2 or CaSR reduces cell apoptosis.
